    Good Gut, Bad Gut

A recent survey found that 61% of all Americans have had at least one gastrointestinal (GI) upset in the last week, while 40% of all Americans report their daily lives are disrupted by digestive troubles. In 2023 a survey of Americans found that two-thirds of respondents said they were learning to live with “gut issues”. If you are female or under the age of 45, that number jumps to 75%!

So many facets of modern life negatively impact our gut health. Current research shows our gut health is linked to nearly every other aspect of our health, including mental health, skin health, immunity, obesity, heart disease and cancer.

This study group will gather each week to discuss one lesson from “Good Gut, Bad Gut”, the curriculum developed by Joette Calabrese that teaches how homeopathy can be used to uproot seemingly unrelated illness in body and mind. We will discuss the protocols and case studies detailed in that week’s lesson. I will offer my own personal experiences and additional tips on how homeopathy can help you avoid a compromised gut and strengthen your overall health in everyday life.

Our study groups are meant to be a supportive environment that encourages participation by all in discussions that enrich everyone’s learning and help you organize what you are learning now for later recall. This curriculum includes which homeopathic medicines are most important to have on hand as Antibiotic Alternatives.

Students are expected to come to class discussions having already listened to that week’s pre-recorded lesson.
